Developing coaches in the organization ensures that employees are given the right support to perform at their best. The Coaching Journey is a three-phased program which helps aspiring coaches to hone their skill in goal-setting, asking powerful questions, and helping coachees through a way forward. The journey includes workshops which will allow participants to practice and improve on these skills, application of techniques in a real-world setting, as well as consistent coaching and feedback from peers and experienced coaches.
