Rosan Sison-Holmes

Rosan is a passionate leader and change agent who delivers and leads teams to excel, regardless of function. A sales person at heart and by training, she has gained relevant business experience in the various roles that she has handled over the years. Rosan’s experience is progressively varied and she has successfully navigated uncharted waters on a number of occasions in her career: finance, sales, HR, consulting and coaching, organizational development, and project management.

She has served several multinational companies in the IT industry such as Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) Philippines, Apple Philippines, Dell Philippines, IBM PC Division, as Country General Manager. She has also shared her expertise in project management, learning and business processes, and talent management to various companies within the Philippines and Asia.

She is a certified Solution Selling® Partner of Sales Performance International based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and runs programs and consulting engagements around Asia Pacific, and in India and Australia. With her roles and engagements with several local and multinational companies, she has shared her expertise and experience in the area of Strategic Planning and Facilitation more than 16 years:
