JV is the President and Chief Executive Igniter of People Ignite Organizational Development and Training, Inc. for 20 years. She is a speaker, moderator, and facilitator for private, public, associations, and non-profit organizations for 20 years.
She is a Customer Partner Experience (CPE) Hero Awardee by Microsoft Corp. for Southeast Asia and the Pacific for the year 2003. Since then, JV has been speaking and teaching about the importance of customer touchpoints and creating memorable customer experiences through humanizing conversations.
JV is a career and growth coach who has been coaching professionals and leaders for 5 years now, JV focuses on personal discoveries, collaboration, and business growth.
She is a Master Trainer for Think On Your Feet(R), the communications and thought structuring program that is present in 30 countries, 5 continents, and 12 language translations.
JV is the recipient awardee for the Woman of Resilience given by both the Philippine Commission on Women and Downy Premium Parfum by Procter & Gamble, the year 2019
She is the co-founder of WSW-Women Supporting Women Philippines, a community of almost 2000 women who have shared stories of how they thrived during the pandemic.
JV is a triathlete, a passion project coach, a homeschooling mom, and a happy owner of Wbotanika, where she nurtures nature, one pot at a time through her passion for plant care.
