The Agile Leader is a program that focuses on learning Hersey and Blanchard’s framework of Situational Leadership.  Learning about a person’s development level is critical in order for the leader to apply the leadership style that best fits the given situation.  This program aims to develop the skills and attitude towards being a leader of others, necessary to drive results.
