Coaching is an essential skill for all leaders.  The iCOACH program focuses on helping leaders understand the importance of coaching, and how to provide a safe, trustworthy and organized environment which aims to offer support for the coachee. It will help put leaders in the right mindset on how to further help their people grow in the organization.  Through the GROW Model, leaders will learn how to build relationships with their coachees, as well as ask powerful questions in order to guide them forward and reach their goals.
