In this program, participants will develop the ability to create appropriate strategies to anticipate risks, manage risks, ensure business continuity, and maintain calm in crises.  Learn to identify risks, anticipate, and prevent where possible. Through different tools and frameworks, participants will learn how to craft appropriate preparatory strategies, and should they occur, the most effective and efficient coping strategies.  They will also learn how to ensure business continuity by crafting effective and efficient plan, as well as gain the ability to maintain calm under pressure and communicate decisions clearly, effectively, and concisely, and lead your team towards the best direction.
