Xandra Yebron

Xandra Yebron is a learning and development consultant whose expertise lies in Speech Communication, which covers Interpersonal, Small Group, and Organizational Communication. For more than 15 years, she has been designing and delivering learning experiences and materials in areas like Business Communication, Grammar, Voice and Diction, Presentation Skills, Assertive Communication, and the like.

Her skills have been nurtured and honed through years of work experience, study, and learning – from the academe to the corporate world. She was a faculty member of the Department of Speech Communication & Theater Arts in UP Diliman, then a Communication and Culture Trainer for Convergys, Philippines. At Convergys, she went through Training With Impact and was a certified Communication Reference Facilitator for Training the Trainer. After Convergys, she was lead to People Ignite. Here, her knowledge and experience became richer as her responsibilities included sales, account management, marketing, instructional design, training, and facilitation.

Xandra is grateful for all these experiences in her learning and people development journey, wherein she hopes to continue to ignite that spark for continuous improvement and excellence.
