Peter Cauton

Peter Cauton started his career as a high school English teacher before spending the next 10 years going up the ranks in Human Resources. Then in 2006, in the midst of the Asian Financial Crisis, he took the leap and started the Employee Benefits technology firm STORM in his living room. STORM has since managed to grow into the largest benefits technology firm in the Philippines and has won several startup awards both here and abroad.

Aside from STORM, Peter has since co-founded and started different startups across different industries, including recently-awarded 2020 SME of the Year Allcare, growing digital learning firm Bihasa, and Gen Z career firm, Liyab. 

Peter was the 14th local entrepreneur selected in the prestigious Endeavor Global Network of high impact entrepreneurs, blogs at www.juangreatleap.com and was also selected as one of the first three Filipino startup mentors chosen in Google’s Launchpad Accelerator program in San Francisco, where he helps and guides startups around the world.

Peter lives in Antipolo with his wife Pauline and their six children. He’s a happy Lakers fan and is always in search of the best burger in town.
