Lace started practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to manage the high stress levels of working long hours in corporate strategic planning. Her love for yoga led her to Singapore in 2016 to get certified as an Ashtanga and Hatha teacher.
In her classes, she would be frequently approached by her students with different physiological concerns. Having experienced minor injuries herself as she started engaging in more physically demanding fitness activities, she realized she wanted to gain a more thorough understanding of the human body in order to help people move better at any life stage. In 2019, she went to New York and became a certified instructor of Tune Up Fitness®/Yoga Tune Up® where she learned movement and breathing techniques to help people live better in their bodies.
She currently teaches both private and public yoga and meditation classes, works with fitness coaches and athletes aiming to incorporate corrective exercise and proper recovery practices in their training programs, and leads purposeful self-care classes for mental wellness.
