Dittas, or Ms. D as the Igniters call her, has been an IT professional for 30 years. She has held executive positions in various multinational companies like Unisys, IBM, Origin, and Microsoft. She also chaired a JICA funded project which involved 13 countries. In 2004, she was selected as one of the most powerful woman in Information Technology in the Philippines.

Ms. Formoso has had significant consulting engagements covering both local and foreign based companies. She was the management advisor of a local GIS company where she implemented a cloud based sales and marketing solution. As the regional management advisor of a multinational company based in Singapore, she saved two companies (in the Philippines and Sri Lanka) from possible closure. She also had consulting engagements managing government IT projects and with special projects for CIO Forum, the organization of all CIO’s in government. Her extensive exposure in management provided her with valuable insights on sensitive issues specifically on project implementation, managing transitions, and in building dynamic teams.

Today, she is a senior facilitator of People Ignite for programs on i-Mind, an innovation and creative thinking module, Hi-5 for dynamic team building, Executive Presence, and the Journey to Managing Transitions. From a product stand point, Ms. Formoso is an authorized reseller of The WIT Philippines, the largest provider of remote communications solutions in the Philippines.

Ms. Formoso is a certified change management professional from Acuity University based in Arizona. She holds a certificate in innovation and critical thinking as well as facilitation skills. She is also in the process of completing her Masters in Management Information Systems.

Ms. Formoso plays classical music and is a certified Zumba instructor.
