Communication is a fundamental skill as an employee.  The Back to Basics program focuses on developing the foundations of Business Communication: English Fluency, Written and Oral Communication.  This is an integral part of becoming a proficient communicator in any context. Achieving this helps them understand other people’s viewpoints more readily and creates opportunities for them to share their own.  These three areas are honed through a series of workshops, exercises and games, which allows the participants to refresh their knowledge and practice their skills to achieve effectiveness in the way that they communicate with others.
