April Salonga

April is an independent training consultant with a mission to help organizations and individuals achieve optimum performance through innovative training programs, results-based action learning projects, and breakthrough coaching and mentoring. Her substantial experience in consulting helped her gain knowledge and skills in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, and Organization Development. She has conducted learning interventions for both local and international audiences.

An active member of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and selected as an assessor for the prestigious Gawad Maestro Awards 2016 and a contributing writer at PSTD Magazine.
