The sudden shift in work-from-home set-up of employees demanded a quick learning curve for virtual platforms.  Given this, virtual platforms have been a source of frustration for many employees. This program will give participants an overview of one their selected platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex) and teach them how to navigate the ins and outs of the platform. Our experts will show participants how to create meetings, send email, participate in videoconferences, share materials, screen calls and more.  You’ll learn what applications are supported, common activities used in those applications, corporate policies that impact your work arrangements across multiple channels and devices, as well as possible company etiquette guidelines when working from home.
