Sofia Posadas

Sofia Maderazo-Posadas is a certified Executive Coach, Life Coach, and Career Coach. She completed the Accelerated Coach Training Program and Team Coaching Workshops under Benchmark Consulting. These trainings are accredited by the International Coach Federation. She was recently certified as a Job and Career Development and Transition Coach facilitated by Abundanz Consulting, a Singapore-based career development company.

For more than four years, Sofia has provided various services as an executive coach ranging from individual coaching, team coaching, and as a co-facilitator for a training program centered on Leaders as Coach. She has conducted sessions with mid-level employees from various industries (telecommunications, banking, insurance, real estate, and a multinational consumer goods company).

Sofia has also helped individual clients for their life coaching needs by identifying key concerns, goals, and creating action plans to achieve their dreams and aspirations. She has worked in partnership with People Ignite for almost four years specifically on coaching conversations for both local and multinational companies. Sofia has a background in PR and Events, Marketing and Promotion, and has worked as a trainer in a call center. She has also contributed articles to various publications and was a regular contributor to Manila Bulletin.
