I-IGNITE Workshop is a workshop designed to enhance the participants’ ability to confidently and professionally carry themselves, especially when they are facing internal and external customers. The objective of I-IGNITE is to create an interactive experience that will give participants insights on their personality and how it affects their work performance.  Through group activities, simulations, role playing and live presentations, important concepts such as self-awareness, self confidence, emotional intelligence, professionalism and customer engagement are presented in a fun way while learning valuable insights from one another.
