Completed Staff Work

Completed staff work is a concept in which employees are responsible for submitting written recommendations to leaders, and for leaders to review the submitted document to indicate approval or disapproval. The CSW program teaches the process of analyzing the problem and exploring possible solutions which allows for the staff to influence decisions that will impact their areas of responsibility. By providing tools and templates to the participants, they are encouraged to use the opportunity to share their ideas.  The result is employees are more engaged, more likely to follow through with what they need to do. Employees will help you and your organization stay on track by doing what needs doing, when it needs doing.
