Alex Araneta

Alex Araneta began his career in the field of Brand Management having handled leading FMCG brands such as Hershey’s, Nips, and Sarsi. He soon after transitioned into Sales and Marketing in a senior position, working for various companies in different industries. 2008 marked a career-shift for Alex as he took the helms as CEO of Inspire Leadership Consultancy where he also became certified to run programs of Zig Ziglar and John Maxwell.

In 2012, Alex formed Catalyst360 Training and Consultancy and became one of the first certified Gallup Strengths Coaches in the country. He took this further to include being a Gallup High-Performance and Entrepreneurial Strengths coach and a Marshall Goldsmith associate coach among other certifications.

Alex is happily married to Atty. Elaine Araneta and they have two children – Kally, who is making her mark as a blogger/vlogger, and Elian, now a 2nd-year college student at the Ateneo De Manila.
